Bright Side

Let’s first discuss the cons of this new Oppo device. The phone runs on the latest and popular Android Operating System, which ensures its technical strength. It is powered by a snappier processor i.e. Qualcomm Snapdragon 400. The 8 MP rear camera and 2 MP front shooter with LED effect is ‘okay’ for a satisfactory performance. The screen size of 4.5 inches makes it quite compact for the user along with a good battery life.

Other prominent Oppo Neo 5 specifications include its 16 GB memory and 1 GB RAM, which are again the common features among all the phones of this price range.

Compactness is not always attractive! This is what you may feel when looking at the phone for the first time. The camera quality could be better because in practical tests prove that the phone gives noisy images in low light conditions. The display resolution of 480×854 is not good enough to compete with the alternative models.

What’s the Bottomline?

Well, this gadget is definitely not a great pick with a price tag just little below Rs, 7, 000 but yes it is not that bad either. It does carry some strong positives like well-packed body and superior processing capabilities but is not made for the lovers of high pixel display and high capacity connectivity like 3G.

A quick web search to compare Oppo Neo 5 price with the rivals from Samsung, LG, Xiaomi, Sony and Lenovo mobile phones will aid you in making a perfect decision. After all, everyone has a different priority list for gadgets!
